It’s a great, trustworthy team who always takes excellent care of our vehicles. Our car always looks as good as new. Cheryl is kind, friendly and a good communicator. Pat is sharp, honest and warm. Their team does excellent and efficient work. They work with our insurance so we don’t have to deal with that hassle and we can walk over to Enterprise to rent a car as needed. You may have to wait a bit to get on the books but it’s worth the wait. They don’t skimp and take great care of the vehicles and customers! Highly recommend.”

“Very happy with the service I received from Highwood! Had to take my car here after someone put a good dent in my back, passenger side door. They communicated with my insurance on their own ensuring everything was in order. They asked if I was set up with a rental and I was, but I paid for it out of my pocket. Soon as they knew that, they got to work and finished a few days earlier than what was in their original quote. Loved the text message updates. This is the kind of place that you think of when thinking of the good old days of small business. Good work, nice people.”
